Team Coaching

A Fresh Approach to Team Coaching and Well-Being. Discover How Nature-Based Coaching Can Transform Your Team.

Step outside the usual office environment—or bring the outdoors in—and experience a unique approach to team development that fosters connection, creativity, and resilience.

What is Nature-Based Coaching?

Nature-Based Team Coaching is an innovative approach that takes team development beyond traditional meeting rooms and into the inspiration of nature. Our sessions are designed to support real team growth and address workplace challenges through a blend of professional coaching and the benefits of a natural setting.

While outdoor sessions provide a powerful opportunity to engage with nature directly, we also bring nature’s energy indoors with sensory-rich elements: diffusers with natural essential oils, seed-paper activities to nurture goals, water-dissolvable paper for letting go of limiting beliefs, and tactile items for mindful fidgeting.

Whether indoors or outdoors, these nature-based methods promote focus, creativity, and genuine connection.

Why choose Nature-Based Coaching?

Our approach creates a setting where your team can thrive—whether that’s an inspiring outdoor location or a thoughtfully crafted indoor environment.

Nature-based coaching allows teams to thrive by engaging not only the mind but also the body and senses. Stepping into nature provides a unique space for whole-body intelligence—something that traditional office environments often overlook.

In nature, your team can step back from daily pressures, connect more meaningfully, and approach problem-solving creatively. Using somatic techniques, we help participants listen to cues from their whole bodies, uncovering what may be holding them back or impacting productivity. This approach not only fosters well-being but also improves collaboration and resilience.

Benefits:

  • Enhanced Collaboration: Moving beyond the usual meeting room structure helps teams connect naturally, whether side-by-side outdoors or in a nature-inspired indoor setup. Walking, engaging, and interacting fosters open communication and promotes authentic conversations.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Nature is known to stimulate creativity and reduce stress, creating ideal conditions for innovative solutions to emerge.
  • Resilience and Well-Being: The calming influence of nature, whether outdoors or simulated indoors, helps your team reduce stress and build resilience. This is especially valuable for teams navigating fast-paced or high-stress environments.
  • Increased Engagement and Motivation: Experiencing growth in a unique setting increases morale, motivation, and commitment to shared goals.

How it works.

Pre-Session Consultation & Tailoring

We begin with a call to discuss your goals, background, and any specific challenges. We can also send out a pre-session survey to gain additional insights that shape our approach.

Sample Session Outline

  • Location: Choose between a natural outdoor space or a nature-inspired indoor setting. For indoor sessions, we integrate elements of nature, including diffusers with essential oils, tactile items for focus, and activities like seed-paper goal-setting to foster growth.
  • Duration: Sessions typically last half a day and cover about 5km if outdoors. Whether indoors or outdoors, each session includes movement-based activities, group reflections, and focused coaching exercises.
  • Format: Ellie guides the team through customised exercises based on your objectives. Sessions may include somatic techniques to engage the body and mind, as well as reflective practices around leadership, collaboration, and resilience.
  • Environmental Impact: For outdoor sessions, we incorporate eco-conscious practices and guidance on respecting the natural environment, inspiring teams to bring these principles into their everyday lives.

Ongoing & Season Programmes:

Our coaching options are designed to be flexible, whether your team needs a one-time session or ongoing seasonal programs. Regular sessions throughout the year help reinforce accountability and commitment to personal and professional growth, with seasonal themes that align with natural cycles.

We’ll tailor each session to support your team’s evolving goals, with seasonal focuses such as:

  • Spring Renewal: Set fresh intentions and focus on new opportunities.
  • Summer Reflection: Celebrate successes and realign for upcoming projects.
  • Autumn Harvest: Reflect on progress, refine skills, and let go of limiting beliefs.
  • Winter Wellness: Prioritise well-being and set goals for the year ahead.
